We Technical Hands L.L.C are dealing Bagela products for past 20 years. Most of our orders are repeat orders from our existing clients. We believe we could achieve this because of our strong after sales service facility.
We have service points in U.A.E, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
Bagela Is the only company which provides a dedicated service van for on-site service requirements.
Our service facility is fully equipped to take care of all our machines. All our technicians are fully qualified so that your machines are repaired as per German Specification.
We have stock of the spare parts, so that we can immediately take care of the machine break down

WHAT IS DYNAMIC LOAD TEST?*
We have a dynamic load testing bench, where we actually test the machine to its maximum load and speed capacity. This is called “Dynamic Load Test”. This test is certified not by us but by TUV (3rd Party). This is to prove that our winches will pull in its maximum rated capacity.
